"Although my reservation was to check in after 3 pm, when I arrived at 4:30 the room was not ready and I was told to come back later. I explained I would be very late and was assured this was not a problem. When I returned at 10:15, the front door was locked and a sign was posted that said office closed. Finally, another guest let me in and I was able to track down an employee to check me in. I didn't actually get in my room until after 11:00 p.m."
