"I reserved a double bed room, when I got there, they had me down for a full bed. I had guest staying with me, they tried to charge me an extra $40.00 dollars for a room that I had already paid for. The room did not have an iron or iron board. Our beds never got made up and the trash piled up.
We went out to shop, when we came back, the door to our room was open and it smelled like someone had eaten chicken in our room. I have never stayed at a hotel like this. Please do not stay at the Suburban Lodge--IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!"

"The location of this hotel was great, centrally located near all that our group was doing. The cleanliness of our room lacked some in that we found multiple hairs in one of the beds. The rooms were not ready when we needed to check in at 4:00pm but was not a major problem."

"This hotel had a great location. Aside from location and a place to sleep, they don't have much to offer. The room contained no paper products (toilet paper tisssue or other). I'm sure this was just an oversight but as the room was not ready before we had to be at conference at 4:30, and the front desk closed at 8pm, there was no one to ask for assistance."
